Each deployment is a differing variation given the dynamics of the client.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A concept is simply a general notion or idea (as defined by &lt;a href="http://dictionary.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="dictionary.com"&gt;dictionary.com&lt;/a&gt;), but what is needed is more thoughtful and deliberate.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A program is defined as, plan of action to accomplish a specified end. Often it  is thought of as a product or service.
