Close... it has to be a PROGRAM or SYSTEM to work. Each deployment is a differing variation given the dynamics of the client.

A concept is simply a general notion or idea (as defined by dictionary.com), but what is needed is more thoughtful and deliberate.

A program is defined as, plan of action to accomplish a specified end. A system is defined as, an assemblage or combination of things or parts forming a complex or unitary whole (note the key being the unitary whole).

We cannot leave out destiny to chance, my friend...

The problem or disconnect occurs on the defining of MPS. Often it is thought of as a product or service. However is it, like Lean Sigma, a CONCEPT.
