    Well said, Greg. We thrive in recession - why? Not because we are bulletproof. It is because people are looking for every angle to save money, and we are more seriously considered.

    We save companies everyday. I used to be a client, and speak to that fact. We bring costs out to light and help manage them. Often times it's not pretty what we find, but we have done this and it is repeatable and proven. You can have cost savings, you can have newer technology, and everyone wins - including the sales rep. That's why he/she keeps doing it.

    The question is how long will be the consumer interested in the products of the provider, and what can we do to keep in pace, by reading your article you had enlighten me about a lot of things.. thanks for the heads up.
