You hit it on the head.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Our instructors in Aikido teach us that we won't always be in a constant state of awareness, but we should be able to instantly arrive there - or choose when you are "there".&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The only 'constant' is change, and survival depends upon your ability to be like water :-)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for comments, and keep 'em coming!</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">changeforge</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 01 Jun 2008 20:59:08 -0000</pubDate></item><item><title>Re: ChangeForge | Ken Stewart | Where business and technology collide &amp;raquo; Zanshin: A Mind Like Water</title><link>http://www.changeforge.com/2008/06/01/zanshin-a-mind-like-water/#comment-1486467</link><description>GREAT SUBJECT&lt;br&gt;I do my best to practice this daily, at work and at home.&lt;br&gt;I think that's the challenge, is not only practicing the 'practice', but knowing the differences when you're not.&lt;br&gt;In my humble opinion it's much harder to realize your not doing it, as opposed to being in that constant state.&lt;br&gt;But I guess that's the real lesson. You never will be in any 'constant' state. Being able to adapt to how you change to the changes around you...
