I'm still on the fence about Plurk! It's cool to play with, but I use other 3rd party app's to do my tweet's (twhirl). Maybe that would be the next step for Plurk.
I'm keeping an open mind so far. Thanks for the info!

Found you via Problogger.
I am excited about Plurk. The community is head-over-heels better than Twitter. No comparison. I hope it sweeps the world like Twitter and takes its place...

XGravity23, I completely agree. Twitter seems to have morphed into a billboard service... I can't say that the Plurk community discussions are very deep at this point, but they are more fun. I am actually connecting with more people in this way, which was my original intent in joining Twitter.
Thanks for your comments.

I'm torn. I'm still addicted to Twitter, but the constant crashing is very disappointing. I do like the interactivity on Plurk. More people seem to respond to your comments, which makes it a lot more fun.

Great post followed you from the a comment you left about 20 or 30 minutes ago. I think as more people join plurk and their timelines aren't so bare we'll be hearing even twitter devotees singing it's praises.

Bloggeries, I wonder if that is true... I can't help but look at MySpace... it is definitely "old" technology and an "old feel" but it has yet to be supplanted... the followership has been established I suppose.
I wonder if there is not room for these services to co-exist in the ecosystem. Twitter remains a fairly viable method of announcing new posts, but the energy to maintain multiple accounts for most will wear very thin indeed.
