IT has a different set of norms than other jobs. What I have concluded after spending a short time of my life in this field is that . You need to know a lot of things and at the same time work with a lot of people as a team. You need to work individual but towards a team direction. Otherwise it will be very difficult to survive and than things come back to same that whether you want to be problem solver or problem yourself.
